Raising the Curtain
I like to watch...movies, yes, but live action more. I like to watch business activity from conception to production and from market to consumption.
My space here is really not about the technology. It's about those who make, market and sell it, and the people who buy it.
It's not a zone for idol worship where I send you into paroxysms of ecstasy as I describe individual pixels of an image emanating from the latest hi def display. (But I may tell you if and how your counterparts are undulating in Australia).
It's a place for commentary and information on our world of display technology, your purchasing decisions and technology preferences and how these seemingly innocuous machinations of industry tell us the story of ourselves.

Editor's Note: Welcome to the premiere of Elizabeth Dourley's blog, "I Like to Watch." We at HDTV Solutions are excited about adding another diverse and distinct voice to our chorus.

Peter Sellers in Being There
Elizabeth Dourley has been part of the display systems industry for most of her professional life.
While working for industry pioneer, Boxlight Corporation, she was one of the early 90's whiz kids helping to usher in the concept of over the phone business to business technology sales, actually selling one of the first LCD projectors produced.
Since that time, as a marketer, consultant, business developer, and avid trend watcher, she has been an active participant in the evolution of the big screen marketplace.
