My Experience: Pretty good TV for the money. No issues with pixel drop outs, good connections.
Problems: The only issues I have are that I have seen clearer 1080p pictures on other TVs, and the refresh rate isn't the quickest, so sometimes a lot of visual action can get slightly broken up. This affects quick camera movements in sports, for example.
Also, I don't know how the wattage compares with other TVs, but I realize that 240 watts on continuously can be pretty expensive.
