My Experience: Color is pure and life-like, contrast is amazing. Brightness could be better but is sufficient even for a room with direct sunlight most of the morning. Menu is elagant, but mostly unused if you have cable. I would buy it again and again (minus the HD Tuner)

Problems: In 'Vivid' mode, the image can slightly burn in for a few seconds, ie the white bars remain slightly visible on screen for a few seconds after browsing through the channel guide for a few seconds. HD Tuner is a glorified Video switch if you have Satellite or Cable, but is nice to have if you have more than one HD Video source. Not worth the $1000 extra, imo.
