My Experience: Bought this TV on Black Friday sale 2 yrs ago for $398. Worked great. Runs 12-18 hrs per day. Picture is great, not sure about the sound because I have it hooked to a home theater sound unit.

Problems: After 26 months of use, picture got a dim stripe down the central third of the screen. After a few second picture went out all together. Blue power indicator light stays lit. With the power on, you can see a flashing red light from the back of the unit. Service center said it's out of warranty and the problem is the control box. They will ship me a new one that I can replace myself for $223. They will refund $100 of the cost when I return the bad unit. Just debating whether to do it or not. Other 32" are avail for about $200, now. :(
