My Experience: I have the same experience with one of the reviewers here. I bought mine at Costco in 7/2005 and by December 2007 (after the warranty expired) we started having problems. The picture just disappears but you can still hear the sound. I tried looking for a service center and it's too far from us. We barely watch on this TV because it's in the guest room. Any suggestions on how to get this fix?
