The Runco WP-42HD is a 42-inch high-definition widescreen flat-panel monitor that utilizes advanced LCD technology to withstand the elements. Featuring 1366 x 768 native resolution and light-rejection glass, the WP-42HD’s HD images are Runco-caliber and always impressive.
The Runco WP-42HD enclosure has been engineered for maximum durability. We have gone to great lengths to ensure protection from adverse environmental conditions including temperature, exposure to moisture, dust, oils, and intermittent direct water spray. Included within the monitor is an internal setting that will allow operation in colder temperatures (-4°F in Winter Mode) so you can enjoy viewing year round. The aluminum cabinet is sealed to ensure protection from the elements and features a specially-designed internal ventilation system to provide adequate cooling. As a result, the Runco WP-42HD surpasses IP56 weather proof standards, which will allow you to leave it outside year round, without worry .

Custom installation capabilities include an RS-232 automation interface with discrete on/off, input selection and aspect ratio control.
A wide variety of inputs are offered including a digital DVI with HDCP, as well as a multi-media RGB/computer input for gaming, internet surfing and other computer activities.
