My Experience: This unit was a gift in 2007 and has worked fine until a month or so ago.

Problems: Screen goes black - turning it off/on a few times worked for awhile now I can toggle on/off 25 or more times and the picture still won't hold. I have a Sony television I have had for over 20 years and it works like a charm even with the Digital converter. I am totally disgusted with this Sharp unit.
