My Experience: This has been the best LCD I have had the privilege of owning. The picture and color quality has been outstanding. I have it connected to my Sony 400 disc upconverting DVD-player via HDMI at a 1080i upconversion. The picture is very crisp and clear for my normal DVDs and HDTV broadcasts are beautiful. I did have one power issue with mine, but even then it was still usable with no picture difference. The built in sound is clear and to be loud I would only be turn it up halfway. Any more and it was too loud. The original cost was very high, but when you have it and are watching a movie with your wife after the kids are in bed. You realize that you are watching the most beautifuly colorful and clear pictures you have ever seen.

Problems: From the beginning it would flash a set of 9 blinks indicating two bad power panels on the G panel. Sony is taking responsibility and fixing the issue. This would cause the tv to turn on after up to 6 times but it would always power on.
