My Experience: Just bought it online from costco. The stand was badly scratched, so I took it back. Other than that, the picture quality is very good.

Problems: I would have taken it back anyway because the speakers are really not up to the task. They are tinny and weak, even with bass boost turned up. Avoid this model. I have last year's 37" toshiba, and it sounds great. Another thing they don't mention is the silver ring all around the width of the TV. Not really too flattering from the side. Also, for some unknown reason, toshiba has put the blue "samsung-style" light directly under the logo - yuck. It is dim-able in the menu, but it doesn't go off completely.
