Problems: NO WAY IN HELL CAN YOU PROGRAM THE REMOTE,THERE ARE NO KNOWN CODES THAT ANYONE CAN COME UP WITH THAT WILL WORK,DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET ANY ANSWERS FROM TECK SUPPORT,EVEN IF YOU GET A WORKING PHONE NO. THE LAMPS THAT YOU GET TO REPLACE COST ABOUT $200.00 AND WILL LAST LESS THEN A YEAR. NOW THE COLOR WHEEL BEARING IS GOING BAD,AND YOU CAN ONLY WATCH IT FOR ABOUT A HOUR,IF YOU TURN THE SOUND UP LOUD TO KEEP FROM HEARING THE NOISE THE FANS MAKE. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OF EVER ,SHOP NBC DON'T LOOK FOR ANY MORE $$$ FROM ME.
