My Experience: This was an excellent TV with clear picture and good sound for the first ninety days. We used it in our guest room, so the use was minimal. Today the TV showed rainbow lines when we turned it on. It went black and never responded again. The red power light at the bottom will go on, but the screen remained black, no sound and the functions failed to work. The customer service was not available, as this happened early Sunday evening. Luckily the store we purchased at took back the TV (they had several customer complaints on this product). We do not reccommend this TV.
