My Experience: This is my first LCD TV purchased at HSN 3 yrs. ago. Remote has too many steps to go through to get to the function you need, provide dyou can figure it out. Initially the picture quality was good, but that gradually changed. I recently started to subscribe to HD TV through my cable service, however, the picture quality has not changed very much. I will never purchse another Westinghouse product again.

Problems: Problems with DVD ejection since purchase. I have no idea what the life expectancy is for an LCD screen, however, I have been experiencing an irregular line of demarcation that runs from the top to bottom of the screen on left side. I was informed this means the the LCD screen is going bad and that a replacement screen costs more than what I paid for the TV. Very disappointed since I did not expect an $800 purchse to turn out to be a disposable item.
