The Vizio I purchased from Sams lasted 1 year and 2 weeks. It just quit, went blank no sound no pic. I contacted customer service they offered no relief. I emailed them, they started asking questions which I answered the last being a copy of the sales receipt. 7 emails in all then told me that it was out of warrenty and they weren't going to do anything about it. I had ordered 4 other Vizio's for my children and their families for Christmas, I cancelled them, since them I've changed 7 other peoples minds about purchasing Vizio's. Since I'm retired I have plenty of time to hang around Sams and Walmart. I figure they should share in my loss. I wouldn't purchase a Vizio if they were on sale for $200.00. Terrible customer service, terrible product-Stay away from Vizio
