Thanks for the info! But this does not seem to be the case with my television. Could somebody please help clarify this. It is stated above that real cinema (off, smooth, precision) is for Blu-Rays @ 24fps. It is also stated above that the smooth motion options (off, low, med, high) are for everything else...xbox, dvd, tv. HOWEVER, I cannot have either of the above going without both of them turned on. When I play DVDs, xbox, or TV (not talking about blu-ray), the smooth motion settings are not able to be changed, without real cinema on. Likewise, smoothmotion cannot be changed without real cinema on. So how can it be, that real cinema is for blu-ray only? If I leave smooth motion set to high, and then turn real cinema off, smooth motion is completely turned off, and makes no difference what-so-ever. This is confusing me, because it's all or nothing. And basically, with real cinema set to either precision OR smooth, it makes ANY video signal i send really smooth, with HORRID jumps every second. I mean...BAD jumps. Even with smooth motion set to low. Smooth motion (low, med, high) only seems to have any effect on either of the "precision" or "smooth" real cinema options...otherwise it does nothing. Could anybody please shed some light on this? Thanks in advance.
