I have a 36in Westinghouse TV/DVD combo that I bought new about 4 years ago. Currently I am have having an issue were when I first turn the tv attached to local cable the picture is jumping and the color green and red a making the picture terrible. It is not the cable beacuse is does the same thing if it is a DVD, or if I have the Play Station 2 on when I first turn on the TV. Can any one help?
