We have had our 42" LCD 1080P Vizio TV for 1 yr and 3 mos. now. A dark shadow has appeared on the left side of the screen. I was hoping it would be an easy fix but by the comments on here I guess it isn't going to be. Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau?
