I bought a Vizio modelVP422HDTV10A on 9/12/08. On 9/8/09 the TV just went black and we can n ot get the power to turn on. Luckily, I am about a week before my 1 yr wrnty runs out. So I called and got a case# and confirmed that it will be handled under warranty. Even still, I will not buy another Vizio.
