I purchased my 46” Vizio in May 2008.Last November the TV started making noises, Customer services arranged for repair, The Tech seemed to replace all the components, The TV worked for a short time, then it wouldn’t come on. I don’t recall the second replacement TV’S problem. The third one started having problems shortly thereafter. It developed a black band that went through the picture. Vizio deemed the TV would be replaced. I’m now waiting for number four. I learned how to get action from Vizio since all my TV’S had major problems. You can contact me through my e-mail. Thanks
