DO NOT PURCHASE VIZIO: Our Vizio 42"LCD HDTV went black, powers on, but not off and no picture. This happened a year and 8 months after purchasing. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for Tom from Vizio's "out of warranty dept. who comes in at 11am and is the only one who can help" to return my phone call. Tried to report this to Walmart and their corporate office said there's nothing they can do because we did not purchase the extended warranty. Shame, to spend so much on an ambitious marketing campaign on a lemon of a product. Consumers beware, presentation is NOT everything.
