I found someone selling this exact model for $500 on craigslist. (Evidently, he is broke and there is a small dent on its speaker.) He linked your review to the ad and, PRESTO, he has a sale! I want to thank you for your thoroughness, despite the fact that some of it is Greek to me right now. I am confident that I will love this t.v. and, as I am purchasing an external Blu Ray drive for my new laptop, I will be able to enjoy movies the way a movie-buff should.
