I have bought 2 products from the Projector Place over the past 2.5 years. A projector and lately a screen. In both cases the pre-sales, sales, and especially the post-sales service was exceptional...Everything was shiped and received on time. The prices were the best on the products , as well. I dealt with Paul, Gary, and Reggie for the research and purchase of these products and found just what I needed, and thoroughly understood my purchase (from a technical perspective). Even when I needed to return the screen due to a manuf defect, it was proactively handled, and a new screen was on its way immediately--no fuss or hassle...and they paid the shipping. This is a great place to shop from start to finish; they earn your business by putting the customer first in a low or NO-pressure sales situation...they want to make sure you are happy, informed, and ready to purchase...just awesome! I will only go there for these needs from now on.

| I pre-purchased an Epson 8100 from the Projector Place slightly ahead of its release. They took my information and reserved a unit for me from the first batch. When the unit became available, I received an email and tracking number. A few days later, the projector arrived in its factory packaging. All around, a good experience. |

| We bought a lamp bulb for a Sanyo projector. I was impressed at the amount of time he spent working with me to find the best price on the bulb. Of course, many competing projector companies offer the same projector branded under their name. By the time he checked through all of the "same bulb" vendors, he saved us $200 off the retail and about $30 off the best price I could find elsewhere. Purchasing, billing, and shipping were also easy. I was very pleased. |

| The purchasing experience was easy and informed. I asked for pricing on one type of projector and received it promptly. In addition, the salesperson asked what we were using it for, environment, etc. He then recommended a projector that had more features, was brighter, and cost less. I was impressed. I did a little more research and then settled in on his recommendation. I was not pushed or badgered in any way. Very good purchasing experience, and excellent price. Thank you! |

In September 2009, I purchased and Epson 6500UB from The Projector Place. Their prices were excellent and they went the extra mile to make sure I understood what I was buying, what kinds of traps to avoid, and where I could save money without sacrificing quality. They were particularly helpful explaining projector screens, what they preferred, and why.
Delivery was exactly on time and they continue to be helpful.
I do not hesitate to recommend these guys, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. |

| Just purchased a Mitsubishi HC6500 projector, an Elite VMAX electric screen, and a Chief ceiling mount. Paul helped me, and is an excellent example of friendly and courteous customer service. Found slightly lower price in other places, but Paul saved me a major headache by pointing out that Mitsubishi would not honor rebate or possibly even warranty with those "shopping cart" discount sites. Imagine if I had bought ONLY based on price! For a reputable certified dealer, these guys did in fact have the best price, and they really seem to know what they're doing. | This company is by far the best online electronics seller I have ever come across. When I ordred the projector (epson 6500ub), they promised me the rebate forms, invoice, and tracking number by email. Sure enough, next morning, everything was there. They respond quickly by email and they are very easy to get in touch with by phone. |

Reggie at the Projector Place has spent 3 sessions on the phone with me to help me determine the right projector for my needs - Epson HC 6100. This resulted in saving money as well as having a great projector for my specific needs (high Ansi-Lumens in a low price 1080P projector). Reggie's suggestion has persuaded me away from a more expensive projector that would not have worked for my needs (it's great when a dealer is committed to giving the best solution - not the most expensive one)
I had the shipment come in on time as promised, and the projector worked great right out of the box.
The Projector Place is a great place.

| Best Electronics Transaction I have had on the internet. Great price, Great support, no pricing games here. I went to another site who asked do you want a bulb with that projector? That will be an additional $350. Not here cost was all inclusive. |
