Four items ordered, three items received.
Over 30 days of BO/BS, Order May 10, today June 13. I called and asked status (late May) and was told by June 06 that the one missing item would be in the mail. Lat week I called again and was told by June 19 it would be in the mail.
Should I expect to see the AV9660 product at my home by June 19, 2009, or be disappointed further?
I was expecting far better fulfillment performance from RAM Electronics with final product delivery by 2009/06/05.
If I see the final item by next Friday, then I will not comment further, but if not, then I will comment further.
I need the item to setup an Asoka HomePlug Ethernet LAN for IPTV/VOD. Asoka has an information poor website with little or no support information for UdoIT folks, but the Ethernet homeplug product are easy to use and perform as specified for years. Now I am completely upgrading my home (non-wifi) LAN with Asoka products, but do I need to wait for a quarter before RAM-Elec gets the item off BO. |

Looking for a digital (optical) to stereo (RCA) converter for a new home theater setup I created. The Ram website was one of the first that popped up, and I found a stereo to digital converter. The product description made it clear that it was a one way conversion, and gave the part number for going the other way (which I need).
Lots of neat components on the site, and ordering was easy. I'll update this post delivery, if possible. |

| Looked around for quite awhile for an in-line XLRM to XLRF microphone switch, found one on RAM, ordering went quickly, hassle free. Most places required a minimum order, RAM didn't, definitely a plus Hope delivery is as good! Website very easy to use. |
