I had no idea how good this mitsubishi WD92-A12 (92" DLP) tv was capable of looking. That was until I purchased a new lamp from you. I read reviews on Amazon from folks that had purchased some "replacement bulb" on amazon only to find out it was garbage or it ruined their tv! And some of the "replacement bulbs" were more expensive than they were here on your site. Yours are REAL OEM bulbs that wont destroy my tv!

I bought the TV with around 4,000 hours on it a few years ago (TV was mfg in Nov 2012). It has over 10,000 on it now. I assume it had the original bulb. I never changed it in 6,000 hours that I have owned it. The screen got so dark that the kids could not play video games anymore.

It's really to bad the stopped making the DLP TV. Amazing tv.We play video games in it and that is about it.

No tearing when moving quickly like a normal hdtv has.

Shipping was lightning fast as well! Box got crushed a little during shipment by fedex but it was double boxed and surrounded by foam. This ensured that the bulb was still intact and fully functional.

The tv was designed for a home owner to swap it out. Removal of 3 screws on the outer cover and one thumb screw was all that it required.

5 minutes later i was back up and running!

Purchased lamp for Samsung DLP TV. I called them earlier in the week and told them I was getting a buzzing sound when turning on the TV. The lady told me the lamp could not cause that probably although the only other time I heard that sound was a few years back as my original lamp went out.

She told me I could do a return or a refund and unsure and it being an old TV I filled out the online for for an RMA number. I was emailed the following day and told as the problem is not the lamp, but the projector, they refuse to do a refund.

I emailed back and let them know the TV had been disposed of, and we picked up a new one and the lamp was in its original box and I would appreciate a refund, I received no response.

First of, I am uncertain if the lamp is defective or not, but even if not, not allowing a refund for an open box is a little ridiculous. It is 2017 guys.

I have ordered lamps for my business from other vendors and projector lamp source has always been the only company that stands behind their product. Fast service and great quality, you can't bit that.

Purchased lamp in August. It went out 3 months later. Got a replacement. It went out 9 months later. I would not recommend this vendor as they are using sub quality parts.

I received my lamp yesterday, and fitted it to my old Sony KDF E55A20 Wega Projection TV.
The lamp appeared identical in every way to the one that I pulled out, with the exception that the cap screw has been replaced with a phillips head screw..... no big deal.
Once the lamp was at full brightness, well, it looks fantastic. Better than I ever remember (I bought the TV used in 1997)
I was looking at your place of business and one other competitor, you got the sale due to the commitment to OEM lamps, Free shipping, and the Warranty extension to 1 year from 180 days.
Not that it is likely to happen, but I f I run across anyone who needs a lamp for their projection TV, I will recommend PLS without hesitation.

ORDERED BULB FROM " PLS" WORKED GREAT !! PREVIOUS ORDER FROM ANOTHER ONLINE SOURCE SENT ME A DEFECTIVE BULB , AND WHEN CONTACTED THEM THEY WILL GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AFTER A 15% RESTOCKING FEE . MY ADVICE .... ORDER FROM PLS BECAUSE THEY SELL YOU A ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT BULB . THE BULB FROM PLS WAS ACTUALLY CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER ONLINE STORE .

I purchased 1 PLCL0410 Panasonic PT-AX200U Projector Lamp Module ($209.96) Aug 15, 2013. I cannot say how many hours exactly were on it, but my previous 2 bulbs lasted about 3 years each and this one literally exploded at 15 months, and in the last year our use of the projector has been extremely limited due to much time away from home. I guess you get what you pay for. I'll be looking for more expensive bulbs this time from a more reputable source.

I am very happy with Projector Lamp Source. I ordered my lamp on Sunday night and received my lamp on that Wednesday. It was correct lamp and my projection TV was up and running in a matter of minutes. When bulb blew I was undecided about what to do I am very glad I found their web site whole process was painless.

Seller would not take an unopened and still bubble wrapped lamp return because the fedex envelope it was mailed in was opened. the manufacturers box reamined unopened. The company would not do a simple return. I would not use them.
