The Niagara Platinum edition will make its North American debut at CEDIA 2013 in Denver in booth #127. The Niagara Platinum edition is designed to be used in esoteric HiFi systems, exceptional home cinema systems and larger acoustic spaces. Aptly named after Niagara Falls, the Waterfall Audio Niagara speaker is an awesome sight but blends seamlessly with any decor. The Niagara Platinum's stunning enclosure of 10mm safety glass stands 48 inches tall and weights 100 lbs each, and retails for $39,500/pair.

Driver Technology

The custom built, mid/bass Atohm drivers-equipped with the patented ADT (Acoustic- Damping Tube) and the unique Glass Horn tweeter, are mechanically decoupled from the main enclosure- and are absolutely superlative in every respect. Niagara speakers will astound, and transform a room into a concert hall with detailed, vibrant, naturally open sound, all supported by an ultra low-frequency passive driver fixed in down-firing position within Niagara's solid aluminum base.

Attention to Detail

The most striking feature of the Niagara is its intricately engineered Glass Horn tweeter, designed with its own detailed crossover for a luminously expressive sound. The fabrication process requires more than ten hours of intense machining and hand finishing. This component is so delicate that it's packed separately for shipping in a specially designed padded box to ensure the ultimate security. Niagara's mid/bass drivers and base foundation are covered in the highest quality, hand-stitched Nappa leather, the luxurious material typically used by such automotive brands as Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and Porsche because of its smooth grain, softness and durability.

Components in the base and tweeter section are carved of solid aluminum in a French factory dedicated to working from solid billet and are a work of art, precise and smooth in finish.
