My Experience: Had this tv for three years and it does not work no more. Went to turn it on one day and all it did was chirp like a nest of baby birds just hatched inside my tv. Went online to see if this is a known issue and it is. Its the compactors. Yes they r only 0.19 each n you can find them at radio shack n this fixed most tvs that chirped. But some like mine it did not bc it happened when we had a storm n my power flickered on n off while I was watching it. This means now I have to replace the switch board which costs roughly $150 plus shipping. Also when tv did work if u turned the tv off manually the remote won't turn the tv on, u have to turn it on manually. If you turn it off with a remote you'll be able to do either when u turn it off.

Problems: if you turn it off manually the remote won't turn it on, you have to do it manually. Leaking compactors, replacing switch board, some online stating it caught on fire, Phillips not fixing.
