My Experience: I have owned this TV for 26 months now. It has performed perfectly. In particular, Blu Ray movies are absotely stunning on this set. I sit with my eyes 7 feet from the screen, yet the picture is seamless and crisp without any pixelation. 1080i over air broadcast and upscaled (1080p) DVD content is also exceptional. This is my second Phillips 47" HDTV; the other one is 4 years old and still working fine.

My only complaints are that this set does not have the Over the Air Channel Guide like my older Phillips 47" HDTV. Also, the remotes for both Phillips 47" HDTV's are junk! You would expect to at least get backlit buttons, not to mention the ability to control other components, and "Learning" capability.
