My Experience: I purchased my RCA 42 inch lcd about 6or7 months ago at Walmart while grocery shopping. It died last week when the little green light flickered for about a second and disappeared. My receipt which I carried in my wallet soon faded out. I called RCA and found out I was SOL. No receipt, no warranty. The tv repair shop said it was the power supply and circuit board. It would be about $400. I paid about $1100 for this sorry piece of (expletive deleted) but I'm unwilling to take a chance on it becoming a money pit. So I'm not buying the RCA parts or any more of their tv's.

Problems: No power. It will not come on. It had a very short shelf life.
