My Experience: When first purchased, TV was great. Have nothing bad to say about the picture or sound quality. Seemed a great value for the money. But then 8 months later, things changed.

Problems: 8 monthes after purchase, digital board went out. Read online reviews that this appears to be a common problem. Called RCA "customer service" (yeah, the " " shows that the title is a joke) and basically was told to take it to the authorized repair center and wait for the part. The service center already had 2 TVs with identical problems. Repair center called RCA and found the problem on the digital board. RCA could not get the parts to repair the board, but my repair center found one. Repairs were made, but at no cost to RCA. This will be my last RCA product!
