I recently purchased a replacement lamp for my Samsung Dlp television. I first had picked this company due to its proximity to where I live so that I could expect a quick delivery. I was surprised at first that the product was going to be shipped from Los Angeles warehouse instead of GA location. This would have taken more than a week to arrive. After the first email to customer service, Jack was able to get the product I needed to ship from the GA location and into my hands 2 days later. Excellent Service! Great Product!

We have purchased several Eiki-compatible projector bulbs from Bulb and Battery Center/AllProjectorLamps.com. I've always been very happy with their products and customer service. You can talk to a real person without waiting on hold, and invariably it's someone who knows what they're talking about. They even suggested a lower-cost alternative that would meet our needs and save us money. We'll be a repeat customer... again.

i had a problem with 2 bulbs that were defective.i called tammy and explained my situation. she ordered two bulbs and emailed me a return lable the same day. excellent customer service by tammy and will still take my buisness to bulb & battery for years to come. keep up the good work. steve vinal

We have our district ordering lamp replacements for our overhead machines. We use over 100 bulbs a year. These bulbs were $350/each and Jack was the only person that told us we could replace the bulbs only in the assembly for a much cheaper price ($155/each). If he can't get our whole order out, he always sends what he can. Help or questions are answered quickly and very friendly. I love doing business with Bulb & Battery and sure could use $100 toward school clothes for some deserving child!!!
