My Experience: I BOUGHT THE TV AT SAM'S IN FEBRUARY AND EVERYTHING WAS OK. I HAD A PROBLEM IN JULY OF SAME YEAR WITH THE BLACK SHADOWS TURNIG GREEN AND THE PICTURE QUAILTY STARTED TO DEGRADE.I CALLED AKAI AND THEY SENT OUT A REPAIR SHOP TO PICK IT UPFOR REPAIR. WELL THAT WAS THE LAST I SAW OF IT, I MADE MAY CALLS TO THE REPAIR SHOP AND AKAI BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED EXCEPT AKAI SAID THEY WILL EXCHANGE THE TV. THIS IS OVER TWO MONTHS LATER AND STILL NOTHING.
