My Experience: My unit came with defective soldering on the main board and just moving for adjustment (gently) casued the unit to stop working. Service representatives where polite even when I almost lost it!

Problems: Warrenty service was hard to obtain, company in california and no local service outlet delayed obtaining warrenty service on the unit. Had to threaten legal action in order for company to work for a solution until then just a classic run around. Only managed to get action after speaking with person in charge rather than usuall representative that answers the phone.
