My Experience: I have had this TV for a week now and am still amazed at the picture quality for a 58 inch running from a standard definition satellite signal. Haven't upgraded my receiver yet. Couldn't pass this up at the price BB was offering ($2700 Cdn one morning). Unit looks great in the living room as well.

Problems: This unit is loud...that is speaker hum, or color wheel or fan or some combination of the 3. Not just me...well documented on other forums although some apparently are quite quiet. HP is supposedly coming up with a fix to the speaker hum. At 18 feet, I can hear it when the volume drops on the program.
