My Experience: Had to call for service twice in less than a year. The initial call out resulted in the replacement of the entire working unit of the television leaving only the plywood(yes it's plywood) box and screen original. The second resulted in a blown bulb that was less than 4 months old. The bulb is currently on backorder with no estimated time of arrival. Don't waste your money here.
