My Experience: owned the WD-52627for only 14 months (just out of warranty) HD circuit problems have put out of commission for over 2 weeks and still waiting on parts. Overpriced @ $4500 as of 9/05. Can not find service that is acceptable. my previous Mitsubishi lasted 15 years before quitting, not this one! would not buy again.

Problems: Net command module locked up the circuit board somehow; no service people are sure at this point, still waiting for service people to get whatever part they think is the problem before they come out and check. Holidays and football to watch, but NOOOOO. Still waiting in Dallas!
