My Experience: DO NOT BUY!!! I had nothing but grief the first six months of ownership. It turned out that the WD-73827 needed a software upgrade which resolved most of the issues I was having. And there were quite a few issues. This was one their premier DLP TV's, and you would think they would take better care of their customers. Instead they throw everything back to the dealer or send you to a service center so you can spend more money, and just to make you go away. Also, it was very hard to speak to their reps on the phone....I never did get one that didn't have an accent. And forget about talking to someone in charge. DO NOT BUY !!! I will never purchase another one of their products. Their customer service is very bad.

Problems: All kinds of issues from DAY ONE. After many calls I finally got them to send me an upgrade for the software. Two years later, I am having an issue with the picture now which just goes away after 3 to 4 hours of operation. I talked to one Service Center and they said it sounds like it needs a new Light Engine and it might not be worth fixing. Go Figure. 5K down the toilet. No help troubleshooting from Mitsubishi at all. First thing they asked me....Do you have extended warranty? If you're selling a quality product, their should be no need for an extended warranty. Their answer...Call the service center.
