My Experience: Got this tv on sale at (deleted) for $996 and it is AMAZING (to clear up from the last poster it is an LCD not DLP tv).

I have basic satellite which is not broadcast in HD and there is absolutely no pixelation at all, the picture is amazing once I played with the settings. There is a 5 year warranty on the light source which shows that Panasonic is standing behing their product (unlike the Samsung LED light engine which is supposed to last as long as the LiFi but they only provide a 1 year warranty)

I would recommend this tv to anyone
