My Experience: We bought this TV 18 months ago, one morning TV wouldn't turn on. Red light blinking 4 times customer service said "software update needed". We did the update tv came back on. Next day TV would cycle on but no picture! I called customer service back, "Oh sorry we can give you the names of local service center" I can get the tv turned on only after cutting main power 20 to 25 times and about 45 minutes later. This TV is horrible buy different brand!

Problems: TV screen will not power up! After forced software update. Nice going Philips
