My Experience: I bought the same TV model # TLA-04641C. It messed up right at a year. What makes it worse is I hardly ever watched it. I bet it has not been on for more than 100 hours. The light turns on but it will not come on. I had it pluged into a surge protector so it is definitely the TV. I called Polaroid they told me I could mail it in and it would cost about $500 to fix it. Can you give me the number you called to contact corporate. I have had it sitting for over a year and cannot afford to fix it and Polaroid is not offering anything workable.

Problems: It does not turn on at all.
