My Experience: Have had TV for 3 mos. First, the picture quality was not that great. Now, the TV isn't working at all. The TV is displaying "unusable signal". I am going to either have to replace the TV or find someone to fix the TV at my expense. Nevertheless, I am very disappointed. Could have bought one of the cheap HDTVs if I knew I was going to have this problem. Did not expect this from such a reputable company, such as RCA.

Problems: Customer service not very helpful.
