My Experience: Ive had this tv for 9 months it has been great up until a couple of days ago it started getting black lines on it and the care center doesnt seem to care at all they are the biggest bunch of baffons Ive ever talked to the same girl comes on every time and it is so much a problem they dont speak very good english so it makes it hard to understand the email address they give me is no good and they are not available verry often but I think they are going to fix my problem or I will get satisfaction someway or another.
