My Experience: My experience has been awful will never buy another GE product.
Problems: Have had problems with the tv since purchase. Dark spots in the screen, line across the top of the screen and audio warbles. Worst customer service I have ever had. Audio Video Specialist out of Decatur Alabama who has my service contract shorted out my tv while trying to install a light engine and burned up a DM3 board whatever that is and wants me to accept whatever parts they have to replace to make the tv work again. Stay clear of this tv and GE they have no customer relations whatsoever.
