My Experience: Had tv less than a year. Died, got runaround for 2 months before I was told the part was on backorder for 6 months. After being treated poorly by Thompson, finally after countless phone calls I was told they would send me a new TV. But that would take another 30 days to ship. It also had to be shipped to their repair agent. Questioned why, was told because thats how it is. Called their repair agent told them not to unbox. They kept insisting, I kept telling them to not unbox it. I was going to sell it as soon as it got there, so I didn't want it unboxed. They kept saying they had to unbox it so they could ship the dead one back. Finally they said O.K. I went to pick up the TV and there in big letters. REFURBISHED. No wonder RCA didn't want to ship directly to me. Now had this replacement for 1 year and 4 days. DEAD Again. I'm screwed. 2,000.00 for a piece of junk. I would never buy another RCA product. They have the worst customer relations, and sell junk. Beware!!!! Spread the word. This company (deleted)!!

Problems: TV dies, lousy customer relations. No, not lousy, NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!
