Problems: I purchased this Plasma TV just about 3 years ago and I'm having the same problem as others. TV went to half a screen & then just went out on me but green light still comes on. Sanyo argued with me and said it only has a 1 year warranty & my problem is not a known problem. I probably did protect my TV is what he said. The manager I spoke with was very rude. I feel that if others are having the same problem then it is a problem. They would do nothing. Told me I would need a translator for Japanese if I was going to go higher up then him. I will never purchase a Sanyo again.
