My Experience: I have had my televsion for 1 year and 2months and well they are something wrong with it. Don't get me wrong I loved it unitl now. I called sanyo and they said because it was out of warranty they would not help me get nobody to fix it. If my boyfriend had not got a loan for school and helped pay it off I would not have the tv paid for and it would be sitting in my living room broke. I called about 15 places and finally got one place 100miles away from me to say they would work on it. But the funny thing is it will probally cost me about 500.00 to put a lamp in the thing. Which, is stupid considering it is just one year old and that it cost me 2000.00 to begin with. I think if they are going to sell something at least stand behind thier products instead of giving thier customers the run around. Or at least some kind of discount to have the thing fixed because they don't tell you that every 8,000 hours of use it is going to run you 500.00 to replace a lamp. Plus I remembered that i mailed an extended warranty paper out and they had no record of that.
