My Experience: Won TV in a sales contest - thank goodness I didnt pay for it. Had the TV for less than 6 mos before the bulb went out. Under warranty it was fixed within 2 days and I was assured the bulb should last for at least 10,000 hours. The TV is on for no more than 2-3 hours a day during the week, very rarely on the weekends and less than 18 mos later the lamp blows again. At $400 to replace the bulb - it doesn't seem worth it to keep the inferior product. The TV has bubbles on the screen where the picture is distorted...all in all a TERRIBLE investment - I would much recommend a Panasonic Viera (our other TV) or a Samsung branded Television.

Problems: - Picture Quality Terrible
- Bubbles randomly on screen that hinder picture quality.
- Terrible Bulb Life - expensive replacements are difficult to come by.
- Terrible customer support - Sanyo takes more than 14 days to return customer claims and have posted an invalid customer service number so you have to report issues online.
