My Experience: After some experience with a 768p projector and another 37 LCD by another name, I was expecting a nice set in this Sharp. Turns out the 45U is naer the bottom of the Sharp line, but that wasn't my problem. Maybe I got a bad set, but all input material looked downright crappy on this set. Few HD channels looked like HD. SD was unwatchable. RF tuner seems extremly weak, had to remove all my splitters and give it a pur RG6 feed from the street to increase PQ to barely acceptable. Other sources I tried were via component, and DVD lost a lot of it's beauty too. The sound, menus, remote, and looks are all excellent, but makle sure you can return this set if you buy it.
