My Experience: Friday we took our TV back to Costco because the price dropped $150 and they wouldn’t pay us back. So we decided to upgrade. My wife enlisted the help of a woman she works with to help us transporting the TV. It was raining hard.
We got the new TV home and hooked it up. It would click on for a few seconds then off. Well, that happened twice, then it didn’t do anything at all, except for the annoying blinking green light under the Power label. Called the helpdesk, which was closed. Called Costco’s helpdesk and they led me through the hoops I had already gone through myself, and they couldn’t get anyone awake at Sharp to help. Sat morning we were up early enough to call Costco, who bridged in Sharp’s tech support. Their solution was to send someone out to fix the friggen thing. Nope, we took it back. My recommendation; do not buy Sharp products.
