My Experience: I owned a front projection Sony VPL HS10 which I had some problems with and in spite of my slight ill-will towards Sony, I couldn't pass this one up. I have owned it now for 5 months and am thrilled with the picture. Don't miss out on the nice matching stand. Right now if you want 1080 resolution and a 60 inch screen and don't want to pay 6000 or more dollars you won't go wrong here. Haven't tried the cable card feature though. Could conceivably need one more HDMI input I suppose.
