My Experience: I originally bought this at kmart for black friday. had to exchange first set for a bannana shaped white spot at right bottom of screen. second tv was even worse, with fingerprints on screen and dead pixel and flicker. took tv to different kmart and was given a new one without ANY problems. HD picture is GREAT sound is
GREAT. it is a great buy at the price, it just seems to me that you have to hope you get a good one because quality control needs improvement at sylvania
