My Experience: I have had four failures and the TV repairman has replace the front panel three times. I think there is a design problem with 40RV525U. I think the Lemon Law is going to apply soon. I get a plaid pattern and sometimes just a band of black and a band of white. It is like a fog coming over the screen. But it works if I turn it off and on most of the time.
