My Experience: I bought my Vizio at (deleted). For the past 20 months it has worked flawlessly. True..there has been some burn-in issues but I can overlook that.

Problems: The picture is now full of static. I immediately contacted Vizio customer support and they put me in contact with their contracted repair company ITI. It has been 5 weeks and I can't get a response from anyone. The local ITI tech is even unable to get status on my part order. Vizio says I'm out of luck. I guess I'll be purchasing a competing brand.
